The School also takes part in the International Graduate College (IGK), a joint PhD program with Saarland University in the field of Language Technology and Cognitive Systems. Our main partners are the Department of Computational Linguistics and at the Department of Computer Science at Saarland University. Other relevant institutes include the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence and the Max Planck Institute for Computer Science.
The IGK runs an annual meeting (with summer school) that Edinburgh PhD students are welcome to attend.
