Our current understanding is that the University insurance policy covers loss of revenue and the costs of recovering our position. So, for each individual (and research group) we need: - an inventory of all personal material goods that have been lost that are connected with doing your work (books, equipment, ...) . - a list of all personal effects (that should normally be claimed on your home policy). This stuff is what I mentioned in my email yesterday. In addition the policy covers expenses that we need to recover our position so we can claim for time, materials, effort to: - recover teaching materials - recover research materials - redo experiments and recover data - re-write lost code - re-build experimental kit and labs Please be as complete as possible where you can indicate some estimate of the cost. Once you have completed the estimate please send it to Jean Bunten (jeanb@inf).
